Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to all customers using The Wash Mafia car wash or visiting Arrow Fuel / GetGo. One participant per vehicle per visit.
2. How to Play
Scan the QR code to access the Spin & Win page. Each customer receives maximum 2 spins only. After spinning, a prize will appear on your screen along with a unique code.
3. Prize Redemption
The code must be shown to staff at the counter immediately. All prizes marked "Today Only" must be redeemed on the same day. "Next Visit" prizes must be redeemed on your next visit only. Prizes cannot be saved, transferred, banked, or redeemed later unless specified.
4. Fraud Prevention
Prizes must be shown on the original spinning device (no screenshots allowed). Staff may verify codes using our internal system/email. Any tampering, multiple attempts, or script automation voids all prizes. Management may refuse redemption if suspicious behaviour is detected.
5. Prize Rules
Only one prize can be redeemed per visit per customer. Prizes have no cash value. Fuel discounts apply per litre up to standard vehicle tank sizes (no jerry cans or drums). Shop items must match exact size/flavour listed (or closest available alternative). Some items may be substituted if out of stock.
6. Spin System
Maximum of 2 spins per customer. Once "Redeem Prize" is pressed, your prize is locked and cannot be changed. A unique one-time code will be generated and emailed to store management.
7. Staff Verification
Staff must sight the live code & winning screen. Staff decision is final.
8. Prize Limitations
One free item per win (where applicable). Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
9. Liability & Management Rights
The Wash Mafia / Arrow / GetGo reserves the right to modify or cancel prizes at any time. Management has the right to refuse redemption for misuse or system abuse. Technical issues (internet, device, email delays) are not the responsibility of the promoter.
10. Agreement
By spinning the wheel, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
